| In order to provide the
services, we have contracted with certified attorneys around the State
(including the director and supervisors). These
attorneys are organized into regions. A supervisor has been selected
for each region to assign the cases and generally oversee the work.
The Capital Appeals Project is a separate unit, directly under LIDAB.
(The Capital Appeals Project attorneys are staff members who all work out of an office
in New Orleans and are listed separately on the Capital Appeals page.) The
